Dojo Partner · Full Mat Framework
Plot where your academy sits, then read the one offer move, one price/space move, and one positioning move the framework calls for. Domination is driven by lane commitment and retention — not by marketing to everyone.
Edit the numbers — defaults show a sample 120-cap self-defense school.
Occupancy is students ÷ capacity. The sharper read is average class fill in your busiest windows — a school can be 55% overall and 95% at 5:30pm. The 70–80% and 80%+ thresholds are fixed triggers to raise price or add classes; bands below that flex with your goals and local market. Churn is monthly cancellations ÷ active students — 5–10% a month is the regular range for a healthy academy.
